I've been having this weird tickling and tingling feeling in my lower belly and left leg at night for about a year now. It seems to come and go in waves. I also mentioned it to my doctor once and they said something about OLD. I'm starting to get a little worried. Do you have any idea what's going on? Could it be related to the OLD or something else entirely?

may be related to a variety of conditions such as nerve compression, spinal issues, vascular problems, or COPD. Its important to consult with a healthcare provider to get a clear diagnosis and receive appropriate treatment. In the meantime, managing your posture during sleep, reducing stress, and ensuring proper circulation through exercise can help alleviate symptoms.

I'm really worried about my husband. He's 33 and has been experiencing chest pain for the past three months, as well as dizziness, like he's about to fall down. He also has upper back pain. We've done full cardiac tests, checked sugar levels, blood pressure, urine tests, and even had an endoscopy, but everything came back normal. Despite that, he's still not feeling well. Every morning he wakes up dizzy and feels sleepy all the time. We've already seen cardiac and gastro specialists, but we still can't figure out what's wrong. Could you please advise which kind of doctor we should see next?

I'm really worried about some persistent pain I've been experiencing. My right hand has been hurting for about 10 years now. It used to get worse whenever I lifted anything heavy, but lately, the pain has become constant, starting from my neck and down to the tip of my right hand. Do you have any idea what might be causing this, and is there anything I can do to alleviate it?

It sounds like you may have a nerve-related issue, such as cervical radiculopathy, which can cause pain radiating from the neck to the arm. Avoid heavy lifting, and consider seeing a neurologist or orthopedist for an MRI or detailed evaluation to pinpoint the cause and get relief.
