I've been having this weird vibration feeling at the tip of my penis since yesterday and sometimes there's this inflammation after peeing. Not too long ago, I was treated for a burning sensation during urination and I took some antibiotics like ceftum and cefixime, but they haven't helped much yet. I've also been feeling some pain in my lower abdomen and back. What do you think I should do?

You may be experiencing symptoms of a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. I recommend you start taking a combination of antibiotics such as "Doxycycline" along with "Metronidazole" under the guidance of a specialist. Additionally, you can take "Ibuprofen" 400mg three times a day for pain relief. Make sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out the infection. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm thinking about taking Degnight60 or Quick Action to increase my penis size. I'm 22 years old and concerned about potential side effects or issues after marriage. Can you give me some advice on whether these types of medications are safe to use?

It's important to be cautious when considering medications like Degnight-60 or Quick Action, as they can have side effects such as headaches, dizziness, or digestive issues. Long-term use may also affect your health. I recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any medication to ensure its safe for you, especially as you plan for the future.

I'm really worried because I've been having these pus cells in my urine and dealing with body aches, fever, and feeling really dehydrated. It's been burning when I pass urine too, which is super uncomfortable. I already tried some allopathic medicine, but it didn't help at all. Can you tell me what might be going on and what I should do next?

It sounds like you may be dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI), which can cause the symptoms you're describing, such as fever, body pain, dehydration, and burning during urination. Since the alopathic medication hasn't provided relief, I recommend revisiting your doctor for further evaluation and possibly a different treatment approach or additional tests to address the infection effectively.
