I've been having this white, thick vaginal discharge, and sometimes it looks like cottage cheese. It's been really itchy, and my clitoris hurts a lot. I've been dealing with this for about five months now. Even though I've taken medication, nothing seems to work. What could be causing this, and how can I actually get rid of it?

And, is there anything I can do to reduce the excess fluid?
