I've been hearing a lot about Tiffa and 4D scans during pregnancy. Is there any connection between the two? And do you think a 4D scan is really necessary?

This is required only to ascertain the anomaly in the fetus.

View allI'm a 29-year-old woman trying to conceive and I've been married for 3 years Now I have irregular periods since I first got them at 14 I've been taking different kinds of medicines before getting married to try and make them regular After marriage, I started seeing a family gynecologist and then switched to an infertility clinic Usually, I get my periods after taking Regesterone for 10 days and they come about 3 or 4 days after stopping the pills and last for 4 days of full flow This time, there was only slight bleeding for a day at the end of September after starting my period in late August, no full flow like usual recently I was prescribed a low dose of Thyronorm because of high anti-thyroid antibodies and didn't take Estrogen or Progesterone this cycle Could it be the Thyroxine affecting my period or is it because I didn't use the Progesterone pills really confused about what's going on

What's the average cost for laparoscopy and ectopic pregnancy surgery in Mumbai? I'm really worried about the expenses can it be done under 50,000 or is it way more expensive than that? Just need an approximate idea to plan things out.
Yes, minimally invasive surgery is generally a good option. It usually results in faster recovery, less pain, and minimal scarring. However, final decision depends on imaging findings, symptoms, and your overall health—please consult your gynecologist.
