I've been hitting the gym regularly and for the past five months, I've added whey protein supplements to my routine. I'm averaging about 50-70 grams of protein a day. Ever since I started, I've noticed a major hair fall situation. Could this be because of the protein I'm taking, or is there something else going on here? Also, what can I do to get my hair back to its normal state or encourage regrowth?

View allI've been losing a lot of hair for about a month now, and it's really worrying me. I've tried all sorts of home remedies but nothing seems to help. I don't have dandruff, but my hair is very thin, and while I usually experience some hair fall, this time it's just too much. What should I do?
Treatments* 1. *Minoxidil (Rogaine)*: A topical solution that stimulates hair growth and slows down hair loss. 2. *Finasteride alternatives*: As a female, you may be prescribed spironolactone or flutamide, which can help slow down hair loss. 3. *Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)*: A non-invasive treatment that stimulates hair growth. 4. *Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy*: Injecting platelet-rich plasma into the scalp to stimulate hair growth. *Lifestyle Changes* 1. *Reduce stress*: High stress levels can contribute to hair loss. Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises. 2. *Improve diet*: Eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly those promoting hair growth like biotin, vitamin D, and omega-3 fatty acids. 3. *Use gentle hair care products*: Switch to gentle, sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. 4. *Avoid excessive heat styling*: Reduce heat styling tools or use a heat protectant spray to minimize damage. Self-Care* 1. *Avoid shaving*: Refrain from shaving the affected area until you've consulted a doctor. 2. *Keep the area clean*: Gently wash the area with mild soap and warm water. 3. *Avoid picking or scratching*: Resist the urge to pick or scratch the affected area, as this can lead to further irritation and scarring.

I've been dealing with this intense itching all over my body because my IGE levels are high. The last time I checked was two years ago, and it was at 300. A skin specialist suggested I take either antibiotic medicine or Ebastine 20, which seemed to help for about three days, but then the itching comes right back. Is it okay to keep taking this medicine regularly, or should I consider other options?
High IgE levels can cause itching and skin issues. Given your experience with Ebastel or Best 20 (antihistamines), it's clear that: *Alternatives and Next Steps* 1. *Consult an allergist or immunologist*: To better understand your IgE levels and develop a personalized treatment plan. 2. *Consider immunotherapy*: Allergy shots or sublingual immunotherapy might help reduce your IgE levels and alleviate itching. 3. *Topical treatments*: Apply topical creams or ointments, such as pimecrolimus or tacrolimus, to reduce itching and inflammation. 4. *Oral medications*: If antihistamines aren't effective, your doctor might prescribe oral corticosteroids or immunosuppressants. *Important Notes* 1. *Don't self-medicate*: Avoid taking medications without consulting your doctor, as this can lead to adverse effects or interactions. 2. *Monitor your IgE levels*: Regularly check your IgE levels to track changes and adjust your treatment plan accordingly

I'm having a really uncomfortable problem with sweating a lot in my groin area, especially around my anus and testicles. It's causing a pretty bad smell and it feels greasy down there, plus it makes my underwear dirty. I've already shaved the pubic hair and switched to wearing boxers instead of briefs, but the sweating hasn't stopped. I make sure to wash the area thoroughly when I shower in the morning, but still by the afternoon it starts again and seems to get worse by nighttime. Can you suggest any lotion or powder to help keep the area dry and clean all day?
That could beyour body tendency ,maintain regukar physical activity and take bath twice daily ,if its bothering you much visit Dermatologist for appropriate management
