I've been looking for a local dermatologist and found some profiles that mention they're also sexologists. I'm a bit unsure though, can I talk to them about male sexual issues? I'm not too comfortable going anywhere in person right now. What sort of sexual problems can a dermatologist handle if they're saying they are a sexologist too? Are they able to treat things like PE and ED?

View allI've been struggling with premature ejaculation for the last 2 years and it's really affecting my life. I tend to discharge early and it's becoming quite frustrating. Could you help me understand what's going on and maybe suggest some medication or treatments that could help with this issue?
Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common condition, and it's important to address both physical and psychological factors. I recommend speaking with a healthcare provider to rule out underlying causes, as treatments may include behavioral therapy, lifestyle changes, or medications like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or topical anesthetics to help delay ejaculation. Open communication with your partner can also be beneficial in managing this issue.

Can epididymal cysts disappear completely with just medication or is surgery the only permanent solution Also which treatment works better allopathy or homeopathy for this condition
Small epididymal cysts may resolve or remain stable—surgery is for painful or large ones; allopathy preferred for accurate results.

I have a mild venous leak and I'm wondering if it can be treated with medication or if surgery is needed what would you recommend for this condition?
For a mild venous leak causing erectile dysfunction, initial treatment often focuses on medication and lifestyle changes, with surgery considered only if these are insufficient. Medications like PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., Viagra, Cialis) can help improve erectile function, and lifestyle modifications like quitting smoking, reducing alcohol, and engaging in regular exercise can also improve overall vascular health
