I've been looking into taking Himalaya Liv 52, but I'm a bit confused about the right dosage. Should I be taking it before meals or after? Also, how many times a day is it recommended to take it? I'm just trying to make sure I get it right.

The recommended dosage of Himalaya Liv.52 is 2-3 tablets, 2-3 times a day, and it's best taken after food to minimize potential stomach upset, as Liv.52 is an ayurvedic herbal supplement designed to support liver health and detoxification.

Liv 52 is a Ayurvedic medicine so you can take either before food or after food but according to my advice any digestive syrup should take after feed .

I'm looking for a doctor who can perform GPOEM surgery for my gastroparesis as soon as possible. The condition has gotten really bad food isn't moving into my small bowel at all and I can't handle it anymore. Do you know where I can find a specialist for this?

I'm a 23-year-old guy and lately, I've noticed this really unusual smell in my stool for the past 10 to 15 days. It's not like the usual odor, and I can't even begin to describe it. On top of that, I've been dealing with constipation off and on. Other than these issues, I feel okay. I should mention that a couple of months ago, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy because of some abdomen pain, but everything came back normal. Is this something I should be worried about?
Its good that your colonoscopy and endoscopy were normal. A change in stool odor, along with occasional constipation, could be related to diet or mild digestive issues, but if the symptoms persist or worsen, it's worth checking in with your doctor again to rule out any underlying concerns.
