I've been losing a lot of hair lately and it's really worrying me. I switched to herbal shampoo and oil but it hasn't made any difference. My hair keeps falling out every day and I'm not sure what to do. I don't want surgery can medications alone help with this?

Minoxidil and oral meds may help with hair fall—dermatologist evaluation is key before considering surgery.

View allI'm dealing with some penile yeast infections and also having fungal infections elsewhere on my body. I'm considering taking fluconazole and using the KZ2 cream for it. Do you think that's a good idea, or should I take a different approach?
For penile yeast infections and fungal infections on the body, you can take Fluconazole for the yeast infection. The recommended dosage for Fluconazole is usually a single 150mg dose. For the fungal infections on the body, you can use KZ 2% cream. This cream contains Ketoconazole which is effective against fungal infections. You can apply a thin layer of KZ 2% cream on the affected areas once or twice daily, as directed by your healthcare provider.

I'm thinking about using Refollium because my friends recommended it for new hair growth and preventing hair loss. Is this the right choice for me, or should I reconsider?

I've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. Its been happening for almost 3 months now, mostly on my face, but sometimes they appear on my back and foot too. They tend to vanish soon after I take an Allegra tablet but frustratingly pop up again after 48 hours when evening arrives. Weirdly, this only happens when I'm in Mumbai or on a working day, and it started around August. Last year, a 10-day course of Allegra seemed to solve the issue completely. Im really curious and a bit worried about why this is happening. What could be causing these rashes, and how can I get rid of them for good?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
