I've been managing my diabetes and lately, I've noticed that my fasting glucose levels are at 111. My recent tests also showed SGOT at 45 and SGPT at 55. Can I take Liv52 to help with this, or is there something else you would recommend? I'm a bit concerned about these numbers and would really appreciate some advice.

I'm trying to wrap my head around my recent test results. I've been managing diabetes since 2008, but I'm worried because my latest fasting level is 188. I've also got very high VLDL, triglycerides through the roof, and low Vitamin D3. On top of that, my cholesterol is high too. It feels like everything's piling up, and I'm a bit overwhelmed. What could all this mean for my overall health, and what steps should I be taking to get these numbers down?
