I've been on medication for abdominal tuberculosis since September 2019, but I haven't noticed any improvement. In fact, I lost about 8 kg last December when I was hospitalized for severe stomach pain and couldn't eat properly for almost a month, even though I consistently took my meds. Could this be a case of MDR? How can I be sure if it's MDR?

I'm a 23-year-old guy dealing with hypothyroidism and currently taking 100mcg tablets. Last month I had appendicitis surgery, and now I'm struggling with gastric issues.
