I'm a 23-year-old guy dealing with hypothyroidism and currently taking 100mcg tablets. Last month I had appendicitis surgery, and now I'm struggling with gastric issues. On top of that, I'm taking vitamin D supplements for a deficiency and have persistent left knee joint pain. My digestion is also messed up passing stools is painful and irritating. ..indigestion and gastritis might be the cause for your problem..other possible causes are,renal stones,constipation,pancreatitis, mesentric lymphadenitis etc... It may be muscular as well..
