I'm a 23-year-old guy dealing with hypothyroidism and currently taking 100mcg tablets. Last month I had appendicitis surgery, and now I'm struggling with gastric issues. On top of that, I'm taking vitamin D supplements for a deficiency and have persistent left knee joint pain. My digestion is also messed up passing stools is painful and irritating. All these health issues are making me really depressed. Which specialist should I see for all this?

I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my chest area for about a year now. I've had tests like a 2D echo, endoscopy, and X-rays, but everything seems to come back normal. I've also consulted with gastroenterologists and general physicians, even cardiologists, and they all say there's nothing wrong. But I still have this burning feeling every day. I'm not sure what to do next, and it's really concerning me. Could you offer some advice or ideas on what could be causing this?

drink plenty of water , take tablet pantop for 3 days

My mom has multiple gallstones with the biggest one at 15mm, and the doctor wants us to control her diabetes for 12 months before surgery. There's also a 43cm cyst in her right adnexa, but the doctor said removing it isn't urgent and could be too expensive to do along with the gallbladder surgery. He mentioned the cyst has a low chance of causing issues later. Should we still push to remove the cyst now or is it okay to leave it?

If the cyst is simple and asymptomatic, it’s okay to monitor it; focus on stabilizing diabetes first before combining surgeries.
