I've been on montair fx for about 6 years to help with my asthma and rhinitis symptoms. Should I still be taking it or think about cutting back or stopping? Would really appreciate some advice on this.

View allI'm having trouble with my breathing and it's been going on for about two months now. My chest X-ray came out clear, but I've also been dealing with a sore throat and no fever. My temperature is normal. I'm obese with a BMI of 34, and I'm really worried about my breathing issues. My SpO2 levels range between 96 and 99. My grandma has asthma, so I'm wondering if there's a connection. Im using the Seroflo 250 inhaler and Ezicas nasal spray, but Im not sure if I need to do more. Ive got a PFT report from a year ago, and my peak flow meter always reads above 500. Could any of this relate to my breathing difficulties, and what can I do to improve this situation?
