I've been noticing all the signs of gynecomastia and I'm really worried can this be treated with medications or will I need surgery? Also, does gynecomastia surgery leave any visible scars and what's the usual cost for the procedure?

I have over a thousand lipomas with the biggest one around 35 cm and I really need surgery to remove them but money's tight. I do have health insurance will it cover the cost of lipoma removal surgery?
Lipoma removal cost is covered by health insurance when the surgery is performed for medical reasons. But many patients undergo lipoma surgery for cosmetic reasons, due to which health insurance may not cover the treatment cost.

I have enlarged breast tissue under both armpits but the right side is slightly bigger - I'm considering surgery but worried about how risky it is
Yes, minimally invasive surgery is generally a good option. It usually results in faster recovery, less pain, and minimal scarring. However, final decision depends on imaging findings, symptoms, and your overall health—please consult your gynecologist.
