I've been noticing eye floaters for the past two years and it's really bothering me. Is there any way to reduce or get rid of them? Also, my power is -2.50 in both eyes can I improve my eyesight naturally to stop wearing glasses without surgery?

Floaters usually fade over time; no proven cure—LASIK won’t help floaters but can correct refractive error.

View allMy spherical power is 4.00 in both eyes and has been stable for a year, but now I have a new cylindrical power of 0.50. Should I hold off on LASIK surgery because of this change?
A new cylindrical power of 0.50 after a year of stable spherical power may not necessarily require you to hold off on LASIK surgery. Many surgeons consider a 0.50 diopter change stable enough for LASIK.

Also, could you suggest where I should go for treatment and roughly how much it might cost? Lately, it's been really affecting my confidence, especially in professional settings where eye contact matters a lot.
