I've been noticing that I get a pimple right in the middle of my cleavage line, and it seems to always show up right before my period. I'm really curious about what's causing it and if there's any way I can prevent it from happening. Any insights?

Pimples in the cleavage area before the menstrual cycle are often due to hormonal changes. To help prevent them, you can try using topical treatments containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, such as Benzac AC gel or Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. Keeping the area clean and dry can also help. Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet, managing stress levels, and staying hydrated may help reduce the frequency of these breakouts.

View allI'm currently using Momate cream on my face to tackle some dark spots, but I'm not sure if it's safe or effective. Could you let me know if this is a good option, or if there's another cream out there that's better for treating dark spots?
Momate cream contains mometasone, a steroid that can help reduce inflammation and itching. However, it may not be the best choice for dark spots. _For Dark Spots, Consider Alternatives_ 1. _Kojic acid cream_: Helps reduce melanin production and fade dark spots. 2. _Hydroquinone cream_: Fades dark spots and hyperpigmentation. 3. _Retinoid cream_: Promotes cell turnover, reducing appearance of dark spots. 4. _Vitamin C cream_: Brightens skin, reduces hyperpigmentation. 5. _Niacinamide cream_: Improves skin hyperpigmentation and brightness.

I'm a bit confused about the Halovate F ointment I was prescribed. I'm currently breastfeeding, and I noticed the instructions say it's not recommended for that. I asked the dermatologist again, and she reassured me it's fine. But I just want to be completely sure. Can you shed some light on this?
Halovate F ointment's instructions advise against use during breastfeeding, but your dermatologist reassures it's safe. To be 100% sure, consult another specialist or a lactation expert, considering factors like the ointment's absorption rate and potential effects on milk.
