I'm currently using Momate cream on my face to tackle some dark spots, but I'm not sure if it's safe or effective. Could you let me know if this is a good option, or if there's another cream out there that's better for treating dark spots?

Momate cream contains mometasone, a steroid that can help reduce inflammation and itching. However, it may not be the best choice for dark spots.
For Dark Spots, Consider Alternatives
- Kojic acid cream: Helps reduce melanin production and fade dark spots.
- Hydroquinone cream: Fades dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
- Retinoid cream: Promotes cell turnover, reducing appearance of dark spots.
- Vitamin C cream: Brightens skin, reduces hyperpigmentation.
- Niacinamide cream: Improves skin hyperpigmentation and brightness.

I'm kind of worried about my father. He's developed this swelling on the far left part of his forehead. There's no pain or redness, but it's slowly spreading towards his left eye and near his ear. Any idea what might be causing this, and which type of specialist should we consult?

I've been having some hair fall issues, so my doctor put me on these B12 supplements. But after about two weeks, I started getting really bad reactionslike rashes and acne on my hands and face. I stopped the supplements immediately, but it's been over a week, and my acne is still there and hasn't improved at all. Should I be doing something specific to help with this, or will it just clear up on its own eventually? I'm kind of worried and not sure what to do next.
This could be drug reaction detailed evaluation is required for your problem, better see Dermatologist for further management
