I'm currently using Momate cream on my face to tackle some dark spots, but I'm not sure if it's safe or effective. Could you let me know if this is a good option, or if there's another cream out there that's better for treating dark spots?

Momate cream contains mometasone, a steroid that can help reduce inflammation and itching. However, it may not be the best choice for dark spots.

For Dark Spots, Consider Alternatives

  1. Kojic acid cream: Helps reduce melanin production and fade dark spots.
  2. Hydroquinone cream: Fades dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
  3. Retinoid cream: Promotes cell turnover, reducing appearance of dark spots.
  4. Vitamin C cream: Brightens skin, reduces hyperpigmentation.
  5. Niacinamide cream: Improves skin hyperpigmentation and brightness.

I've noticed black spots on my ankles and I'm kinda worried. I don't see any other symptoms or problems, but some friends mentioned I should maybe see a doctor about it. Could you explain why these black spots might be appearing? And is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

I'm 21 and I'm worried because I still don't have a proper beard or mustache growth. Is there something I can do to help them grow?

Facial hair growth can be influenced by genetics and hormones. One option to promote beard and mustache growth is to use Minoxidil solution 5%. You can apply it on the areas where you want hair growth twice a day. It may take several months to see results, so patience is key. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatment.

I'm dealing with frequent hair fall and complete hair loss, and my scalp now looks bald. There's no dandruff, but its smooth and shiny like a cricket ground, and Im really struggling with confidence because of it. Its something that runs in my family, but I desperately want to get back a full volume of hair. Can you offer any advice on treatments or solutions that might help restore my hair?

, this condition is androgenic alopecia..treatment depends on staging ..early stages can be treated with medication like minoxidil finasteride and other medications like supplements. PRP sessions help as adjunct procedure along with medical management or hair transplantation .advanced stages like yours may need hair restoration..plz consult nearest hair specialist of dermatologist for further details
