I've been noticing more than 50 hairs falling out every day, and they often have a white bulb at the root. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it, and is there something I should do to stop it?

View allI was recently diagnosed with acne vulgaris and my doctor prescribed Doxycycline lactic acid bacillus 100 mg for two months. I'm concerned about whether it's safe to take this medication for that long. Is there anything I should watch out for or be aware of while taking it?
Doxycycline (100 mg) for 2 months is a standard treatment for acne vulgaris, and when combined with Lactic Acid Bacillus, it is generally considered safe, but monitor for potential side effects like gastrointestinal upset, photosensitivity, and antibiotic resistance.

I'm currently using Kozicare cream and soap for skin lightening and I was wondering if they contain any steroids. Are there any potential side effects I should be aware of?
Itching and hypersensitivity reactions are the side-effects.

I'm struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. Over the years, I've tried many medicines, but they only seem to help as long as I'm taking them. Once I finish the course, after a month or so, the same issues pop back up. Back in 2012, my doctor prescribed some medicines, and then again in 2013, I was recommended Zeethrom 500 mg, Saslic face wash, Resoten 20 mg, and Calene gel. By 2014, the prescription included Resoten 20 mg and Nioclean gel. I've been using these treatments for about three years, but I stopped taking any medicine over the past two years. Could you suggest what I should do next? Should I consider continuing with medicine or try another treatment option?
