I've been noticing my heart beats more often than usual for the past few years, but I haven't been too worried about it. Lately though, I've started having a minor pain on the right side of my chest for the last three weeks. I haven't seen a doctor about it yet. What should I do?

I recently used a BP machine, and it showed that I have an irregular heartbeat. I went ahead and did an ECG. Can an ECG detect any sort of irregular heartbeat? I'm a bit concerned and hoping for some clarity.
