I've been noticing some hair loss around my sideburns, near my ears, and on my forehead, which is already pretty high, and even at the edges. I can feel some inflammation on my scalp in certain spots, although theres nothing visible. Its a bit uncomfortable, especially when I touch those areas. Should I be worried, or is there something I can do about it?

If the inflammation is related to seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff, a medicated shampoo with ketoconazole or salicylic acid may help reduce inflammation. For male pattern baldness, treatments like minoxidil (Rogaine) or finasteride (Propecia) can help slow down hair loss and promote regrowth. If its a condition like alopecia areata or psoriasis, your doctor may recommend topical steroids or immune-modulating creams.consult your demat

I'm getting married next month and I'm really worried because I'm dealing with something called frenulum breve. I've attached an image. Can you tell me what's the best way to treat or remove it? I really need some guidance here.
Treatment for this condition is a surgical procedure called frenuloplasty. This procedure involves cutting the frenulum to release the tightness. I recommend you to consult with a urologist who can perform the procedure. After the surgery, you may be prescribed pain medication such as Acetaminophen 500mg to manage any discomfort. Make sure to follow your doctor's instructions for a smooth recovery.
