I've been noticing some hair loss around my sideburns, near my ears, and on my forehead, which is already pretty high, and even at the edges. I can feel some inflammation on my scalp in certain spots, although theres nothing visible. Its a bit uncomfortable, especially when I touch those areas. Should I be worried, or is there something I can do about it?

If the inflammation is related to seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff, a medicated shampoo with ketoconazole or salicylic acid may help reduce inflammation. For male pattern baldness, treatments like minoxidil (Rogaine) or finasteride (Propecia) can help slow down hair loss and promote regrowth. If its a condition like alopecia areata or psoriasis, your doctor may recommend topical steroids or immune-modulating creams.consult your demat

I've got this rash that's developed on my chest and shoulder. It started on Thursday as just a small itchy spot, but now it's a raised area that's hot and irritated to the touch. I've tried taking allergy pills, but they haven't made any difference. Could you let me know what this might be and what I should do about it?

This sounds like a case of contact dermatitis. I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream applied to the affected area twice a day for 1 week. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching and inflammation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've recently stopped using Medisalic, which I'd been using for a couple of years due to a skin allergy. I'm looking for some cream and face wash options that won't have side effects and can help keep my skin healthy and glowing. Can you suggest anything?

I'm dealing with a 4 cm keloid on my chest and I'm really into working out. I'm worried if doing chest exercises or anything in the gym could actually make my keloid grow bigger, especially if it gets stretched. Could exercising be a problem for the scar's size?

it should be increase in size upto some extended.
