I've been noticing some vaginal discharge about 10 days after my periods. It's sometimes transparent, other times white, and has a bit of a smell. I don't have any pain or itching, so I'm not sure what this could mean. Should I be concerned about this?

I've been experiencing something after my abortion and I'm kind of worried. I had bleeding from June 2nd to June 12th and it gradually decreased. Now, I'm having a white discharge. It doesn't smell at all, there's no pain or itching, and it doesn't look like curd. I feel perfectly fine. But I'm curious, is it normal to have white discharge after an abortion? And sometimes, I notice a mucus-like thing coming out, similar to when you have a cold and mucus comes out of your nose. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I'm really trying to understand what's happening with my body. My period is now 5 days late, and I've taken a home pregnancy test twice, but both times it was negative. I've noticed some white vaginal discharge and it sometimes burns. I'm also feeling really tired all the time, have some lower back pain, and I'm just generally frustrated. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

Given your symptoms, consider taking a blood pregnancy test (beta hCG) for more accurate results, and consult your gynecologist to rule out other conditions, such as yeast infections (causing discharge and burning), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), or other hormonal imbalances, which may be contributing to your fatigue, back pain, and frustration, and also discuss fertility options and potential underlying causes for delayed conception.

My wife just found out she's pregnant, and we're considering an abortion with medicine. Could you tell us which medication would be appropriate since we're not ready for a baby right now?

You can consider giving your wife a combination of Mifepristone and Misoprostol. These medications are commonly used to terminate early pregnancies. Please consult with a healthcare provider for proper guidance and supervision during this process.
