Is taking abortion pills at home safe if I'm only 2 weeks pregnant? A doctor recommended surgery but I was hoping for an oral treatment instead. I need advice on what to do as soon as possible

Medication abortion (or medical abortion) is a safe, reliable and non-surgical means of abortion for people who have made an informed decision that is is the best option for them. Medication abortion is an alternative to surgical abortion in the early weeks of pregnancy (up to 9 weeks)

I'm curious about the safety of oral sex with my partner. We've never been with anyone else, and we're both in good health. We're interested in exploring this intimately in our marriage, but we want to know if it's safe for our health, especially since we're quite health-conscious. Could you advise us on this?

Oral sex is generally safe for a healthy, monogamous couple with no history of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Since both of you are medically fit, there is minimal health risk. Maintaining good hygiene and regular health check-ups ensures it remains a safe and enjoyable part of your intimacy.

I'm a bit worried because my wife's pregnancy test came back positive, but we weren't planning on having another baby right now since our little one is just two years old. Her period was supposed to start on the 23rd of this month. Could you give us some advice on what we should do next? We're really looking for a solution.

While the risk is extremely low, it's not impossible. Precum can contain sperm, and if it comes into contact with the vagina, pregnancy can theoretically occur. However, the chances are very slim, especially without ejaculation or penetration. According to the American Pregnancy Association, the risk of pregnancy from precum is estimated to be around 1-4%.

I'm really stressed out and need some advice. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? We had unprotected sex two days before I was supposed to get my period. My cycles usually between 31 and 33 days. We did it on day 31, three times, and he always pulled out before finishing. I also made sure he peed after every time. But now Im worried because I read online that precum can make you pregnant. What do you think?

Although the chances are low, pregnancy is possible even with the pull-out method and precum exposure; considering your cycle and timing, take a home pregnancy test 4-5 days after your missed period for accurate results, and if you're concerned or experience symptoms, consult a gynaecologist
