I'm 33 and pregnant, about six months along. I've been keeping an eye on my pulse rate using an oximeter, and it's usually about 100 beats per minute. But today, it spiked to 130 beats per minute. Is this something I should be worried about?

I'm really worried because my engagement is coming up soon and my periods have been starting earlier than usual the past two months. Is there a way I can delay my period for about 34 days so it doesnt interfere with the event? Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

my mri report says i have a 66x57 mm fibroid in my cervix and i really don't want surgery are there other ways to treat this
