I'm 33 and pregnant, about six months along. I've been keeping an eye on my pulse rate using an oximeter, and it's usually about 100 beats per minute. But today, it spiked to 130 beats per minute. Is this something I should be worried about?

View allI noticed some nabothian cysts on my cervix during a recent checkup and I'm a bit worried are these harmful or something to be concerned about Also is there any way to treat them with medication instead of surgery
Nabothian cysts are generally harmless, mucus-filled sacs on the cervix that do not typically require treatment and don't cause any health risks notes Apollo Hospitals. They are often found incidentally during routine gynecological exams and don't usually cause symptoms or require medication. However, if they become large, cause discomfort, or are suspected of being infected, medical evaluation and potentially treatment may be necessary

I'm experiencing some pain during my first trimester of pregnancy, and it only lasts for a minute or so each time. I'm starting to get worried because I've heard this could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. Could you help me understand what's going on?
