I'm 33 and pregnant, about six months along. I've been keeping an eye on my pulse rate using an oximeter, and it's usually about 100 beats per minute. But today, it spiked to 130 beats per minute. Is this something I should be worried about?

I'm 68 weeks into a healthy pregnancy but have been dealing with slightly low blood pressure and morning sickness. My wife is in her 10th week of pregnancy and has been prescribed ONDEM MD 4 to help with nausea and vomiting. The instructions are to take it twice a day, but we're a bit worried if it's safe to use on a daily basis. Also, one evening she unintentionally took a double dose.
