I've been noticing a tight feeling in my chest, especially when I sleep under the air conditioner. Sometimes I also have sneezing and a runny nose. I'm starting to get concernedwhat could be causing this?

Im a bit concerned because every time I masturbate, I start experiencing continuous sneezing. I know I'm allergic to dust mites, but it seems unusual for this to happen only then. Could it be possible that masturbation is somehow triggering my allergic rhinitis?

There is no direct link between masturbation and allergic rhinitis triggered by dust mites. It is more likely that the act of masturbation is not directly causing your symptoms. It is possible that there may be other factors at play, such as the environment in which you are masturbating or other triggers that coincide with the activity. To help manage your symptoms, you can try using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine at a dose of 10mg once daily. Additionally, using a nasal corticosteroid spray like Fluticasone can help reduce nasal inflammation and sneezing. Make sure to also minimize exposure to dust mites in your environment by regularly cleaning and dusting your living space

I've been having a rough time in the mornings. As soon as I wake up, I start sneezing non-stop. It's really uncomfortable because my eyes get watery, and my nose starts running. Plus, after sneezing, I always end up with a headache. Could this be allergies or something more serious? What should I do to feel better?

You may be experiencing symptoms of allergic rhinitis. I recommend taking an antihistamine such as Zyrtec (cetirizine) 10mg once daily to help with the sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal discharge. Additionally, you can use a nasal corticosteroid spray like Flonase (fluticasone) 50mcg in each nostril once daily to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages. If you also have a headache, you can take a pain reliever such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg as needed for relief.
