I've been noticing a white layer forming under the skin of my penis for the past week. The skin feels tighter than usual, and it's becoming difficult to pull it back. Should I be concerned about this? What could be causing it, and how do I treat it?

You may have a yeast infection or balanitis. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer twice a day for about 1-2 weeks. I have a 7.4mm kidney stone and slight swelling in my right kidney. There's a bit of pain when I pee but no stomach pain. Can this be treated with meds or will I need surgery? What do you suggest?
A 7.4mm stone is slightly larger in the size.Lab investigations like ultasonography ,uretroscopy and lithotropsy are advised for further diagnosis.Initially prazozin,terazosin can be tried with medical therapy,,If medical therapy fails then PCNL, LITHOTROPSY and surgical removal of the stone is advised to the patient

I've been looking for a local dermatologist and found some profiles that mention they're also sexologists. I'm a bit unsure though, can I talk to them about male sexual issues? I'm not too comfortable going anywhere in person right now. What sort of sexual problems can a dermatologist handle if they're saying they are a sexologist too? Are they able to treat things like PE and ED?
