I've been noticing that since yesterday, everything sounds kind of echoed. It's like someone is talking to me through a hollow pipe right next to my ear. And today, I've started having a mild headache. Could this be a stress-related issue because I had an intense week with non-stop phone calls using in-ear headphones for about 8 hours each day? Or should I be concerned about something else going on?

The continuous use of in-ear headphones for long hours can sometimes lead to such problems. I recommend taking a break from using headphones and giving your ears some rest. You can also try using over-the-counter ear drops like Debrox to help with any ear congestion. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be advisable to consult with an ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.

I've been noticing these yellowish bumps at the back of my throat for a few months now, like maybe 3 or 4 months. It's got me kinda worried because I chew tobacco. Do you have any idea what this could be?
The yellowish bumps at the back of your throat could be due to a condition called oral thrush, which is a fungal infection caused by Candida yeast. To treat oral thrush, you can use clotrimazole troches. You can dissolve one troche slowly in your mouth five times a day for 14 days. Additionally, it's important to quit chewing tobacco as it can worsen the condition and lead to other health issues.

I'm feeling this weird tightness in the muscles under my chin and down to my throat. It's not really painful, and there's no lump, but it just doesn't feel right inside. It's not constantly there, and I can eat and swallow just fine. It doesn't seem like a typical muscle strain either. Is there anything I can try at home to help with this?
