I've been a paraplegic since I was 19 and now I'm 34. I heard penile implant surgery might help with erectile dysfunction. Can I talk to a urologist about whether this could work for me and what the process would look like?

I've been dealing with a urethral stricture for the last 3 years and have been doing dilation regularly. Now I'm considering surgery what are my options and is it the right time to go for it

Endoscopic urethrotomy. This procedure uses a thin, tubelike tool that has a lens, called a cystoscope. The cystoscope goes into the urethra. Then a tool is put through the cystoscope to remove the stricture or treat it with a laser. This surgical procedure has a faster recovery than do some other procedures.

I've been having some stomach pain for the past few days, and at first, I thought it was just from heat or something, so I ignored it. But then, I noticed a small red worm in my urine the next morning, which really scared me. This morning, it happened again. I'm super worried now. Could this be dangerous to my health? And I'm really concerned about whether it might affect my fertility. Can you please give me some advice?

My dad has kidney stones one is 7mm and the other is 15mm. Because of the bigger stone, his kidney has swollen a bit. Is homeopathic treatment a good option here? Can it actually cure stones this size, and how long might it take? He's really scared of surgery should we still consider it or is there another way?

Since the stone is larger in size ,percutaneous niphrolithotomy (PCNL) and uretroscopy is the gold standard procedure advised. A nephrologist opinion is advised for report review and further management of the patient .
