I've been a paraplegic since I was 19 and now I'm 34. I heard penile implant surgery might help with erectile dysfunction. Can I talk to a urologist about whether this could work for me and what the process would look like?

I've had bilateral varicocele for the past 2 years and have been feeling dull pain for the last 10 days. I'm taking Venixmin 900 mg and rutoheal but there's no relief.
