I had varicocele surgery two months ago but still have testicle pain. The recent scan shows some veins are still there and it's now grade 1. Do I need another surgery or are there other options to manage this?

It's understandable to be concerned about ongoing pain after varicocele surgery, especially with a grade 1 varicocele still present. While some vein persistence is normal, persistent pain warrants further investigation.
