I've been prescribed doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules to help with my acne. I'm just wondering how I should be taking them. Should I have them before or after dinner in the evening?

View allI've had exfoliative cheilitis for 12 years where the entire layer of my upper and lower lips peels off, leaving them red and raw. My top lip is also covered in Fordyce spots. I've tried so many treatments tacrolimus, clobetasol, mometasone, calendula ointment, Sebamed lip balm but nothing helps. Even multivitamins didn't make a difference. When I tried leaving my lips alone without peeling, they got even more inflamed. The skin turns white when wet and peels daily. Dermatologists keep recommending creams, but none work. Are there any surgical options since topicals don't seem to do anything?
A proper clinical evaluation is needed to identify the exact issue

I'm dealing with tinea cruris and used RABHICO Skin Ointment, which is similar to btex. Now I'm experiencing redness, pain, and swelling over a large area. What should I do about this reaction? Is it normal, or should I be worried?
It sounds like you may be experiencing an adverse reaction to the ointment you used. Stop using it immediately and soothe your skin with a cool compress, moisturizers, and anti-inflammatory creams. If the symptoms persist, it's essential to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and alternative treatment for your tinea cruris.
