I've been on RabletD for about 20 years now to manage really bad burning acidity after meals. I know it's Rabeprazole and Domperidone, but I'm still having this bloating issue. Could it be that I have a wheat allergy that's causing the bloating? What should I do about this?

Given your symptoms, here are some steps you can take:
Medication
- Antacids: Try over-the-counter antacids like Tums, Rolaids, or Mylanta to help alleviate symptoms.
Tests
- Upper GI Endoscopy: Your doctor may recommend this test to visualize your stomach and small intestine.
- Blood Tests: Your doctor may order blood tests to check for inflammation or infection.
Lifestyle Changes
- Food Diary: Keep a food diary to track your eating habits and identify potential triggers.
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Dietary Changes: Avoid spicy, fatty, or acidic foods that may irritate your stomach.
When to Seek Medical Attention
- Severe Abdominal Pain: If your pain worsens or becomes severe.
- Vomiting Blood: If you vomit blood or black tarry stools.
- Fever: If you have a fever above 101.5F (38.6C).
- Difficulty Breathing: If you experience difficulty breathing or severe dizziness.

I'm having this really troubling issue where every time I eat something spicy, I end up with this horrible acid and gas buildup. It feels like the back of my head is going to explode, and the pain just doesn't go away until I vomit everything I've eaten. This sometimes lasts for hours. What's going on, and what can I do about it?

I've been yawning a lot lately, like way more than usual, and I'm starting to wonder if it's linked to my digestion somehow. I've been feeling some pressure in my neck and back, but it seems to ease up when I yawn. Could too much gas in my body cause this? I'm trying to figure out what's going on.
Excessive yawning can be linked to indigestion or gas buildup, as it may trigger the body to attempt to regulate oxygen levels and relieve pressure. The pressure in your neck and back may be due to muscle tension, and yawning could help release that tension, offering temporary relief. If these symptoms persist, its a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying digestive issues.
