I've been reading a lot about homeopathic treatments for grey hair. I came across something that mentioned ACID PHOS Q as a possible solution. Is it actually safe to use, and if it is, could you recommend a specific brand? I'm really curious if it could work for me.

Homeopathy offers several treatments for grey hair, and Acid Phos Q is one of them. Acid Phos Q is a popular homeopathic remedy suggested for premature greying of hair, particularly when it's caused by grief, depression, or emotional stress.
As for its safety, Acid Phos Q is generally considered safe when taken as directed. However, it's essential to consult a homeopathic doctor or a healthcare professional before starting any new medication.
You can find Acid Phos Q from various homeopathic brands, such as:
- SBL Acid Phos Q
- Dr. Reckeweg Acid Phos Q
- Bakson Acid Phos Q
In addition to Acid Phos Q, other homeopathic remedies for grey hair include:
- Lycopodium: For premature greying of hair in spots
- Phosphorus: To prevent further greying of hair
- Natrum Mur: For premature greying of hair in anaemic or weak individuals
- Silicea: For premature greying of hair with digestive issue

View allI'm trying to figure out which soap is better for my skin, Dermadew or Kojic, because my doctor recommended Dermadew along with Melaglow cream. I'm just wondering if I should stick with that advice or consider other options. Can you help?
Dermadew soap is generally considered better than Kojic soap due to its gentler and non-comedogenic properties, which suit most skin types, whereas Kojic soap can be harsh and drying; pairing Dermadew soap with Melaglow cream, which contains kojic acid, vitamin E, and glycerin, can help in skin brightening, hyperpigmentation reduction, and moisturizing, making it a suitable combination for skin tone evening and glow enhancement.

I've been noticing these pimples popping up on my lower back, especially on both sides around the waist, and they're turning into black spots. It's also happening on my upper arms. Should I be concerned about this? What could be causing it, and what can I do to make them go away?
That looks like keratosis pilaris? if it is so take bath twice daily and use good moisturizer two times a day that will work , if it still persists visit dermatologist topical lotions.

I've been using BETNOVATE CREAM regularly for my skin, mostly for fairness and acne, and I'm starting to wonder about the long-term effects. My family doctor mentioned that I shouldn't use it so often. What are the potential side effects of continuing its use? Also, are there safer alternatives that I could consider?
Long-term use of Betnovate cream, a strong steroid, can cause skin thinning, increased acne, pigmentation changes, and may worsen skin issues over time. It's best to stop regular use and consult a dermatologist for safer options, like non-steroid creams, retinoids, or other acne treatments suited to your skin.
