I've been really anxious since my circumcision surgery 44 days ago because the stitches are still there. How much longer do these typically take to dissolve? Also, I'm curious when the sensitivity might start to decrease. Is there anything I should be doing in the meantime?

I've been using this thing called hydroquinone tretinoin baby face num.2 and my face got really red after just three days. I stopped using it, but then my skin started peeling and stayed red for a few more days. Now I've got this really bad rash on my face, which has never happened before. I've always had clear skin and never any acne on my forehead, just some tiny pimples on my cheeks. But now, these small red pimples are all over my face. How can I get my skin back to normal?
