I've been really worried because I think I might be losing my hair due to hand practice. Is there anything I can do to stop the hair fall and help my hair grow back stronger? I'm really looking for some advice here.

I've been noticing white spots appearing on my face, mostly during the summer months. I think it might be related to the dust and sweat. It's really frustrating, and I'm not sure how to get rid of them. Any advice on what I can do to clear these up?

I'm noticing these small white bumps around my anus, and they kinda look like pimples or lumps. I've been using benzoyl peroxide 2.5 for my acne. Do you think I should also be taking tretiva 10mg with it, or is benzoyl peroxide enough on its own to help clear up my skin? I'm just trying to figure out the best approach to treat my acne.
