I've been recovering from dengue and it's been a week since I got better. My platelet count is over 250,000 now, but my TLC was 4000 a week ago. I'm itching to get back to my routine! I don't do heavy stuff, just some skipping and a few exercises. Is it okay for me to start again?

After recovering from dengue, it's essential to gradually resume physical activities, so you can start with low-intensity exercises like skipping and light cardio, but wait for at least 2-3 weeks before resuming full-fledged exercise routine, and ensure you're consuming a balanced diet rich in nutrients, iron, and folic acid to replenish lost platelets and support overall recovery, under the guidance of your doctor.
