I've been seeing a new boil or ulcer on different parts of my body for the last few days. Every morning there's another one, usually on my face, legs, or near my head. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm dealing with excess body heat all year round, and it's really affecting my skinit gets super dry and darker. I'm already drinking a lot of water, but nothing seems to help. Do you have any simple home remedies or advice for this? I'm really curious about how I can manage this better.

To reduce excess body heat and alleviate dry, dark skin, try these home remedies: drink cooling drinks like coconut water, cucumber juice, or peppermint tea; eat cooling foods like yogurt, cucumber, and mint; apply cooling packs or cold compresses to your pulse points; practice stress-reducing techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga; wear lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing; take cool showers or baths; and consider incorporating Ayurvedic herbs like triphala, neem, or aloe vera into your routine, in addition to drinking plenty of water.

I'm starting to notice a lot of grey hairs popping up on my head and I'm a bit worried. I saw a dermatologist who gave me some scalp lotions and oral medicine, and also suggested I eat more dates. I'm curious, what's causing this sudden change? Is there a way to get my hair back to normal? Would love some advice on what to do next.
