I've been seeing a new boil or ulcer on different parts of my body for the last few days. Every morning there's another one, usually on my face, legs, or near my head. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm really struggling with dandruff and it's causing my hair to fall out. Even worse, the dandruff is getting on my face and it's messing up my skin.
