I've been smoking since 2015, going through about 30-35 packs a week, but I quit around 9-10 months ago. Lately, I've been having these chest pains and it's kind of hard to breathe sometimes. What should I do about that?

View allWhy is my fever and cough getting worse after taking Akt4 for 13 days? My weight is 77 kg, and my CECT report shows multiple small necrotic mediastinal and left hilar nodes due to Koch's. The FNAC report says MTB DNA is detected, and the Gene Xpert report couldn't determine Rifampicin susceptibility because there was very low MTB DNA. Is this normal? I'm really worried. When will the fever go away?
fever will go in 1 week

I'm really worried about my dad. He's 75 and dealing with diabetes and low blood pressure. Recently, he had some intense chest and back pain, and when he was admitted to the hospital, the doctors told us it was pneumonia with a lung infection. He spent six days in the ICU before moving to the IT ward three days ago. Now, the doctors are saying the infection might be back and they think he needs to go back to the ICU. I'm trying to find a specialist who can give us more insight. What could be causing this infection to return, and how can we make sure he's getting the best care?

I'm having some trouble with my breathingit feels heavy and like I have to really push to take a breath when I'm sitting down. But when I'm lying down, walking, or jogging, it doesn't bother me at all. I had a chest X-ray and a PFT a couple of months ago, and everything was normal. Do you think this could be related to my sitting posture, or is there something else going on? Would love some advice.
