I've been sneezing non-stop and have a runny nose since yesterday. Is it okay for me to use xylomist 0.1? Could you let me know if that's a good idea?

Can I take paracetamol now if I took ayurvedic medicine a couple of hours ago? My fever's at 102, and I'm feeling pretty lousy. Is it okay to mix the two?

I've been dealing with a fever and cold for about five days, and now I'm feeling really nauseous with a bad backache and this constant weakness for the past three days. It's like I can't sit, rest, or even walk without feeling awful. Eating's been impossible, too. I also started my periods three days ago. Is this normal after having a fever, or should I be worried about something else going on?
