I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

I've been on TB meds for a couple of months now and feel pretty good, but I'm still a bit worried. Before all this, I was dealing with a fever for about a month and lost a lot of weight. A chest CT showed those enlarged lymph nodes typical of TB, and my ESR was just a tad high. But after getting an EBUS Test and FNAC, all my reports came back negative, even the AFB culture. The doctor still thought it was best to start the TB treatment. Is it normal for all the tests to be negative even if you have TB?

I'm dealing with tuberculosis and I'm a bit confused. My PCR test came back positive but the culture report was negative. Also, after one month of treatment, my sputum test is negative too. I've already completed two months of treatment. What does this all mean? Should I be worried about the differing test results?
