I've been struggling with a cough and balgam for the past year. Medicines give me some relief, but as soon as I stop taking them, it all comes back. What should I do?

View allI'm just a bit worried about my dad. He was positive for covid19 on December 3rd but thankfully tested negative by the 20th. Even though he's active and not complaining much, we decided to do a HRCT chest scan to be cautious. The results showed subpleural ground glass opacities in his bilateral lower lung lobes with a CT Severity Score of 0625 and Corads 4. He's been taking B complex, Vitamin C, and Vit D 60k for the next 20 days. Should we consider any other medications for him? Just trying to ensure we're not overlooking anything important.
the above medicines are sufficient just to boost his immunity

I've been dealing with this leftover issue in my lungs after having the flu for a few days. It's day 5 now, and I feel okay overall, but I have this annoying frog in my throat. It used to be a sore throat, but now it only hurts when I cough. The big concern is when I try to inhale, I can't fully expand my lungs, and I'm wheezing when I breathe out. Could this be acute bronchitis? Do you think I need to see a doctor about it?
Seroflo inhaler sos is advised to the pt for wheezing.

I'm really anxious about my mom's recent chest pain. The doctor suggested a CT scan, and the report mentions something about alveolo fibrotic opacity in her left upper lobe and the superior segment of her right lower lobe. It also noted no pleural effusion thickening. Could you explain what all this means? I'm really worried about her.
Probable differential diagnosis include sarcoidosis,Silicosis,Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and pneumoconioses.etc , pulmonologist opinion is advised for further management.
