I've been dealing with some chest issues after a trip to Delhi about two months ago, probably because of the pollution there. Ive got this persistent chest pain that feels like its stinging in the center and a couple of spots on the left and right. Theres also this thin, transparent, frothy mucus that comes out, especially when I get irritated, but strangely, Im not coughing at all. I've been in touch with doctors at the civil hospital in Gandhinagar. Theyve done a couple of chest X-rays, sputum tests, and one CBNet, and everything came back clearno TB or anything. But the mucus and post-nasal drip wont go away, and the chest pains gotten worse over the last couple of days. What could be going on?

There's no pain coming from the heart area either. But this annoying chest pressure just keeps coming and going. It's not interfering with my daily activities, but I have been feeling more tired than usual. Breathing isn't an issue, thankfully. However, today I noticed a sore throat along with the chest congestion. There's no mucus with blood or anything alarming like that, but the discomfort is still there from my throat to my chest. Could you offer some advice on this?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been battling COVID since the start of April, and while she was officially diagnosed on the 7th via an RTPCR test, she's had all sorts of symptoms like fever, loose motion, cold, dry cough, chest pain, and even some trouble breathing. We did a chest CT scan and an echo test before the RTPCR, and those showed moderate pneumonia with a CT score of 925. After getting treatment in the hospital with stuff like multivitamins, vitamin C, doxycycline, ceftriaxone, pantoprazole, and enoxaparin injections for 6-7 days, she seems better and she's been discharged. But now she's still having a bit of a cough and some loose motion, like 2-3 times a day. I'm really keen to know what kind of post-COVID treatment or tests she might need. What should we be careful about while she's recovering? Is there anything specific we should watch out for or any medications she should continue with?

I'm having a bit of a dilemma. I was prescribed Montax FX and Pulmoclear for ten days, and they seemed to work great at first. But now that I've finished the course, the same symptoms have returned.
