I've been struggling with dark circles under my eyes for the past 10 years. I've tried several dark circle creams, but nothing seems to work. Could this be linked to my digestive system, even though I don't have any digestive problems? Also, I'm noticing premature grey hair and experiencing hair loss. Do you think these issues require a physical examination, or is there something else I should consider?

Nutritional Deficiencies: Lack of essential vitamins like B12, iron, or biotin can impact hair health and contribute to both graying and hair loss. Hormonal Changes: Hormonal imbalances (e.g., thyroid disorders) can lead to hair loss and even affect the natural color of your hair. for dark circles Topical treatments: Creams containing ingredients like vitamin C, retinoids, or hyaluronic acid.

I'm thinking about trying Melacare cream to lighten the skin on my face, but I'm a bit worried. Can using Melacare lead to skin cancer?

Melacare cream is a combination medication containing Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Mometasone. It is commonly used to lighten dark patches of skin. However, prolonged and indiscriminate use of hydroquinone can lead to side effects such as skin irritation, redness, and thinning of the skin. Tretinoin can also cause skin irritation and sensitivity to sunlight. Mometasone, if used for a long time, can lead to skin thinning and increased risk of infections. Regarding the risk of skin cancer, there is no direct evidence linking the use of Melacare cream to skin cancer. However, it is important to use this medication under the guidance of a healthcare professional and to follow the recommended dosage and duration of treatment to minimize the risk of side effects.

I've had warts on my feet for over a month now. The doctor recommended Watnil solution but it hasn't helped at all. My friends say it might need to be cut out with minor surgery, which really scares me. Are there any other medicines that can cure warts without surgery?

Its a very minor surgical procedure. Its done by electrocautery or by radiofrequency ablation. Its done under local anaesthesia. Treatment cost varies in different clinics. Lotion takes long time to act and it should be applied properly.

I'm really worried because my face has gotten darker since I delivered my baby. The doctor once mentioned that it might be due to the folic acid tablets I was taking. But now it's been over three years, and my face keeps getting darker while the rest of my body remains the same as before I gave birth. There's such a noticeable difference between my face and body color, and it's really concerning me. Could you please help me understand what's going on and what I might be able to do about this?

Post delivery hyperpigmentation is very common and the treatment is a gradual process rather than overnight change. Use Sun protection like sunscreen with spf 30 or higher and avoid direct sunlight.Use skin lightening creams containing vitamin C , Niacinamide , Azelaic acid etc. There are so many different treatment options available like chemical peels, laser treatments etc.Consult a dermatologist and go through proper treatment while maintaining a healthy lifestyle you can get rid of this hyperpigmentation completely .
