I've been struggling with a dark ring around my nose, and I just can't seem to get rid of it no matter what I try. Do you have any suggestions or advice on what might help? It's been bothering me, and I'd love to know what could be causing it or how I can treat it.

View allI'm dealing with this annoying dryness in my throat and mouth every early morning around 4 or 5 am since November. I saw a doctor and had my blood sugar tested through a urine testit was normal. The meds helped for a week, but then the dryness came back. Also, I have this long-term nasal blockage since 2011 after a viral fever. I cant smell much unless my nasal passage clears up or during a cold. Plus, I catch a cold every month or two. I'm confused about who to see for this issue because online it seems like these symptoms could be throat infection, prediabetes, or sinus problems. Could you guide me on which specialist to consult and the right treatment to pursue?

I've been dealing with constant headaches and facial pain for years. My PNS CT report shows mild polypoidal mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinuses and a Haller cell that's blocking the maxillary antral infundibuli. Both my inferior nasal turbinates are thickened too. I've tried so many medications and nasal sprays but nothing helps. Should I consider sinus surgery for this? And do you know roughly how much sinus surgery costs?
endoscopic surgery is advised to the patient.

Anytime I'm exposed to cold weather, I end up with a fever, throat pain, and a cold. Recently, I also got typhoid, and although the medicines help for about ten days, the symptoms just keep coming back. This cycle has been repeating over and over, and I'm not sure what to do next. Can you offer any advice or solutions?
