View allI'm feeling a bit worried because I've been using iwin 200 mg, Dezlorid 5mg, and ebernate cream for about 40 days. They helped at first, but my symptoms came back after finishing the course. I tried the same medication for another week, and it eased off, but now it's back again. I'm really hoping to find a permanent solution. What do you recommend?
The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams like panderm, fourderm, betnovate, candid b etc and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Another cause of recurrence is cross infection from other infected people in the house.

I'm dealing with this really annoying itching on my hands and other parts of my body. It seems to get worse both during the day and especially at night. I've tried using some English medicine, and it helps while I take it, but the itching comes right back when I stop. What could be causing this persistent itching, and what can I do to get some lasting relief? I'm starting to get really frustrated with it.
Since the medicine you previously used did not provide relief, I recommend trying an antihistamine such as Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) at a dosage of 10mg once daily. Additionally, you can apply a soothing lotion containing calamine or a mild steroid cream like Hydrocortisone (brand name Cortizone-10) to the itchy areas. Remember to avoid scratching the affected skin to prevent further irritation.
