I've been struggling with my lips being dry, chapped, and sticky pretty much all year round. It's honestly driving me crazy! Sometimes they're so dry that they hurt, and they're always sticky, which makes speaking really frustrating. I've even attached some photos. Any idea what's going on or what I can do about it?

I've been having these cysts or boils on my scrotum that itch every now and then. They keep showing up and some of them even puff up. What could be causing this, and is there something I can do to prevent or treat it?
