I've been struggling with my lips being dry, chapped, and sticky pretty much all year round. It's honestly driving me crazy! Sometimes they're so dry that they hurt, and they're always sticky, which makes speaking really frustrating. I've even attached some photos. Any idea what's going on or what I can do about it?

View allI'm really concerned because about 60 days ago, I had a sexual encounter with protection. However, I just got my herpes antibody test results, and they're showing 3.5 for IgM antibodies and 30 for IgG antibodies. Is it possible that herpes could've been transmitted even with protective sex? I'm also wondering if there's any specific treatment I should be considering.
Yes there are chances of you getting herpes despite of having protective sex, visit Dermatologist for appropriate management

I've been a bit concerned since I woke up with some lesions near my lip after going on a trip last weekend where I played in the mud and a dirty river. They don't hurt or itch, and I don't have a fever or anything. Someone mentioned it could be Herpes Labialis, and I've been using Herpex cream which seems to have helped as the lesions are almost gone after 7 days. I'm just wondering if this really sounds like it was Herpes or if there's a chance it could be something else?
Yes that could be Herpes infection, and you have used the right cream, visit Dermatologist for further management
