I've been struggling with this persistent dry cough for about three months now, and it seems to be getting worse. Sometimes I also experience a blocked nose for around 30 minutes, during which the cough stops, but once the cold goes away, the dry cough comes back. Also, I notice that when I cough, I sweat a lot, and if I talk too much, it triggers the cough too. Can you help me figure out whats going on and what I should do about it?

I recently got a chest X-ray as part of a visa medical exam, and the report said both my hila are prominent. I'm really concerned about what this means. Can you explain the possible causes and what I might be able to do to address this before my retest?

Prominent hila on a chest X-ray can be caused by various conditions such as infections, inflammation, or even tumors. To determine the exact cause, further evaluation may be needed. In the meantime, to reduce inflammation and promote healing, you can take over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen. I recommend taking Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain and inflammation. However, it is important to follow up with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

I'm really worried about my husband. He's had this dry cough since last September, and it usually happens right after he finishes eating. It's like he keeps needing to clear his throat. Plus, whenever he's in cold weather, it gets worse. We've seen so many general physicians, but no one can seem to figure out what's going on. We did a chest X-ray and an HRCT in October of 2021, and everything came back clear. We also just checked his IGE levels, and they were at 1071. One doctor suggested he take montair fx for a month. Could you help me understand what might be causing this?

he has allergic to dust avoid it
