I'm experiencing some breathing difficulties lately, with shortness of breath and a lot of mucus. There's also this weird sound when I breathe thats starting to worry me. Any idea what might be happening or what I should do?

I'm from Delhi and I've been experiencing some issues with my breathing. My SpO2 level sometimes drops to 93 and then slowly returns to 97 after several hours. I also have a little cough. My doctor asked me to get an x-ray, and I've attached it here. Can you look at my x-ray and tell me if there's anything concerning about my lungs?
