I've been struggling with psoriasis on my hands, and I'm currently using Acrotac. It doesn't seem to be working anymore, and I'm worried about what to try next that won't come with a bunch of side effects. Could you suggest some alternative treatments or medications? Id really appreciate your advice!

View allI've been dealing with jock itch since July this year, so it's been over two months. I admit I didnt take it seriously at first, but I started applying betadine frequentlylike every few hoursover the past week except when I'm sleeping. The rash has spread to almost my entire groin area, and I'm not sure if its actually improving. I havent had the chance to see a doctor yet, but I'm curious if this kind of jock itch can still be treated effectively with betadine. What do you think?
Applying betadine may help with disinfection, but for the treatment of jock itch, it is important to use antifungal medication. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothes, and avoid sharing towels or clothing to prevent spreading the infection.

Can I use HH sone cream as a night cream to help with skin brightening? If that's not a good idea, could you recommend some other night creams that would be effective for brightening? I'm really curious about what would work best for me.

I've been dealing with this fungal infection for the past 7 months and finally got it cleared up with ringozone cream, but now I've got these blackish red spots where the infection used to be. They're really noticeable, and I'm eager to get rid of them quickly. Is there anything I can do to make these spots and marks fade faster?
