I've been struggling with a really bad headache and fever that hits in the evening for the last three days. Theres no body pain or feeling of needing to vomit though. Can you help me figure out what might be going on?

I'm a bit worried and need some advice. I've had a low-grade fever for the past five days, fluctuating between 97.7 in the morning to 99.6 in the evening, along with a mild heavy feeling in my head. The head issue seems to have gotten better in the last two days, and I've reduced my Dolo 650 intake to once in the evening. I used to take it twice a day before. I don't have any other symptomsmy taste is fine, no breathing issues, and my appetite is good. Could this be something serious like COVID?
