Why is my whole body itching?

There could be multiple reasons for whole body itching. One could be you are allergic to some food or medications(allergic skin reaction) .Other reasons could be dry skin, hives, bug bites, scabies, eczema.

I've been dealing with itching on both my hands and legs for the past three days, and I'm worried because there's been no improvement despite taking Allegra 180 mg and Defcort 6 mg. I had typhoid about ten days ago. Could this itching be related to that, or is it something else? I'm not sure if I should change my medication or if there's something else I should try. Any ideas on what's going on?

I've been experiencing severe itching on my palms and feet, and the skin there feels really hard and dry. It's especially bad at night and keeps me up. Any idea what might be causing this or how I can get some relief?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
