I've been struggling with this sore throat for about a month now, and it's really starting to worry me. I've been on clavam 625 and signoflam for three days, but honestly, I don't see much of a difference. Im also doing steam inhalations and gargling, but those only help for a little while. What do you think I should do next?

Ringing in the ear after earwax removal can be unsettling!
Possible Causes
- Temporary irritation: Earwax removal can cause temporary irritation, leading to ringing.
- Middle ear muscle spasm: The procedure might have triggered a muscle spasm in the middle ear.
- Eustachian tube dysfunction: The Eustachian tube connects the middle ear to the back of the throat. Dysfunction can cause ringing.
Remedies
- Wait and observe: As it's been only 1.5 months, the ringing might resolve on its own.
- Ear drops: Use ear drops like hydrogen peroxide or earwax dissolvers to help soothe the ear.
- Relaxation techniques: Stress can exacerbate tinnitus. Try relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga.
Medical Consultation
- Follow-up with your ENT: Schedule a follow-up appointment to reassess the situation.
- Tinnitus evaluation: If the ringing persists, ask your ENT about tinnitus evaluation and management options.
Lifestyle Changes
- Avoid loud noises: Protect your hearing by avoiding loud environments.
- Manage stress: Engage in stress-reducing activities to help cope with tinnitus.

View allI'm really worried. I was cleaning my daughter's ears and she moved, causing the tip to go too far in. Her ear started bleeding a little and she cried for a minute, but now she says she can hear fine and has gone back to doing her normal activities. I'm still freaking out. What should I do?
No need to worry when she has no symptoms, just observe for any discharge or so,if not you can forget about it.

I've noticed this lump in my throat right above my Adam's apple, and I'm not really experiencing much pain. I do feel a slight twinge when I swallow though. Should I be worried about this?

I've noticed that I'm always dealing with one blocked nostril, and it's really odd because it only feels unblock while I'm taking a hot shower. It's not a runny nose or anything that feels like a cold. Could this be something I should be concerned about? Is there a reason why the steam or heat from the shower might be helping?
The persistent blockage of one nostril, except during hot showers, could be due to a deviated septum, nasal polyps, enlarged turbinate bones, or environmental allergies; consider consulting an ear, nose, and throat (ENT)
