I've been struggling with thin cheeks and it's been making me look tired and too lean even though I'm quite fit. This has been an issue for about three years now. I've tried maintaining a good diet with milk, fruits, and nuts, but it hasn't really helped. I'm really looking for advice on how to get fuller, chubby cheeks. Any suggestions?

View allI'm currently seeing a dermatologist near my home for dandruff issues and she has good reviews. She's a female doctor. I also need advice on anal tags after my laser piles surgery and want to get an STD checkup. Can she handle these issues too or should I see another specialist?
A dermatologist can address skin tags and offer STD testing, but a proctologist may be better for post-surgical anal concerns.

I've been dealing with severe acidity, heartburn, and gas, but thankfully that's under control now. However, I've also been experiencing a lot of hair fall, along with dandruff and acne, and my skin's been really oily. This doesn't run in my family, so I'm a bit confused. I'm currently taking the adgain hair supplement. Should I keep using it, or is it time to schedule another checkup?
It might be a good idea to consult a dermatologist or trichologist to get a better understanding of the cause of your symptoms. You can continue the Adgain hair supplement for now, but be mindful of any side effects. Make sure you're addressing both your skin and hair care routines properly and managing your diet and stress levels.

I'm really curious about hair fibres and if they can damage my hair. Is there a risk of them causing more hair loss?
Hair fibers, when used properly, are generally safe and don't cause significant damage or hair loss; however, excessive use, improper application, or using low-quality fibers can lead to tangling, breakage, or exacerbate existing hair loss conditions, such as alopecia or thinning hair.
